new. We'll be hosting several events this summer including our annual
adopt-a-thon with Harbor Humane as well as other events to benefit local
animal rescue groups. And with Wild Dog Rescue's new 501c3 non-profit
status, it will be easier than ever to help out our mission to save the
abandoned, abused, and unwanted animals in the West Michigan area. stop
in for a visit and help out however you can. We're always looking for
good foster homes, volunteers, and of course, donations. Thanks for your

Wild Dog Rescue
update...
After much consideration, Lanie has
decided to
continue her rescue efforts in the West Michigan area by
stepping back from Wishbone Pet Rescue and continuing as
Wild Dog. Wishbone
has decided to pursue a different goal, and Lanie will
once again be focused on the rescue and placement
of the many area pets in need. Thanks to all the people
who've been supportive, we will be looking forward to
your help in the year to come.

Thanks to everyone for the
incredible support!
The Adoption and fund raising event at
Satya Yoga was a great success, lots of people came out to join us for
the fun and games, and we had some great local Pet Professionals who
were on hand to answer questions and offer advice. We raised some money
for a great cause, and helped find homes for some pets in need. We want
to thank Michele and Tony from Satya for their help and support, please
visit their website to see some of the great classes and other things
they have to offer -

We also want to thank -
Thanks again to everyone for their
support, and the continued success of Wild Dog Rescue!

The
2007 Adopt-A-Thon here at Wild Dog...
Wild Dog hosted Harbor Humane Society last month here in Saugatuck.
Harbor brought a bunch of friends from the shelter to try to find new
people for as many as possible. We had more visitors than any of the
past events, and placed many of the animals in great new homes. The
weather was absolutely perfect, and we raised more money than ever
before. Thanks to everyone who helped out, and especially to all of the
wonderful people who gave a homeless pet a second chance. Please check
out the pictures under the Adoption Pictures page, or, on the Contacts
page you can find our photo gallery with lots of images from past
events.
